The Will of Charles Isles

 

September the 23 1790

 

In the Name of God Amen I Charles Isles Taylor of Leachlade in the County of Gloster Yeoman being mindful of my mortality do this day and in the year of our Lord 1790 make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the Hous I now live in and Goods now possest till she come of age and my Wife to keep it during the time she remain a Widdo to sell or mortgage any of the houses as shall be left after my desease or the hous as we now live in for the seport of my Children not otherwise and after my Wifes desease to be devided between all my Children I do hearby constitute and appoint my said Youngest Daughter Mary Isles of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written Charles Isles Witness my hand Wm Stevens _ Edward Laurence _ Elizabeth Stevens

 

 

Proved at London 6 June 1826 to Mary Badcock formerly Isles Wife of William Badcock Daughter and sole Executrix
