The Will of Diana Isham

 

In the Name of God Amen I Diana Isham Spinster of the Parish of Polebrook in the County of Northampton being very infirm of body but of sound mind do make this my last Will and Testament to wit I leave & bequeath to my dearly beloved Niece Georgiana Thursley daughter and only child of my late beloved Sister Charlotte Thursley all I die possessed of in Government securitys or any other securitys wheresoever they may be and I constitute her my sole Executrix and residuary Legatee Given under my hand at Polebrook in the County of Northampton this nineteenth day of ffebruary in the year of my Lord & Saviour 1844 _ Diana Isham _ Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us _ Caroline Isham _ Phebe Wells   (Affidavit of due Execution by Caroline Isham of Polebrook Wife of Revd Charles Eusaby Isham Clerk sworn 19 March 1844)   Proved at London 1 April 1844   PCC Prob11/1997
