This is the last Will of me David Isaac of Barmouth in the County of Merioneth I give and devise all my freehold houses and hereditaments unto my Niece Ann Levy of No 74 Long Acre London her heirs and assigns for ever I give and bequeath to Robert Jones and Griffith Jones each the Sum of one hundred pounds I give and bequeath to my Servant Grace Edwards the sum of Thirty pounds All my working Tools I give to John Thomas of Bangor All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate and Effects I give and bequeath to the said Ann Levy absolutely to and for her own use and benefit In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this Twenty first day of August One thousand eight hundred and fifty one _ The mark X of David Isaac
