I Robert Ireland of Ipswich in the County
of Suffolk Carpenter do revoke all Wills Codicils and other
Testamentary dispositions by me heretofore made and do declare
this to be my last Will and Testament I give and devise all and
every my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real
estates whatsoever and wheresoever situate lying and being their
and every of their rights members and appurtenances unto and to
the use of Dinah Ireland my beloved Wife and her Assigns for and
during the term of her natural life she committing no waste
therein or thereon but keeping the same in good repair and from
and immediately after her decease I give and devise all and
every my said Messuages Hereditaments and real estate with their
appurtenances unto and to the use of my three Sons William
Ireland Alfred Ireland and Robert Ireland and any other Child or
Children I may have at my decease or who shall be born in due
time after equally to be divided between them share and share
alike as tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and to their
several and respective heirs and assigns for ever and in case
any one or more of such Children shall depart this life under
the age of twenty one years without leaving lawful issue of his
her or their Body or respective Bodies living at his her or
their decease or deceases or born in due time after then I give
and devise the part or parts of him her or them so dying unto
and to the use of the survivors or survivor of them my said
children equally between them if more than one share and share
alike as Tenants in common and not as joint tenants and to their
several and respective heirs and Assigns for ever and in case
all of them but one shall depart this life under the age of
twenty one years and without issue as aforesaid then I give and
devise all and every the same Hereditaments with their
appurtenances unto and to the use of such only surviving Child
and his or her heirs for ever I will and direct that all my just
debts ffuneral and Testamentary charges and expences shall be
fully paid and satisfied and subject to the payment and
satisfaction thereof I give and bequeath the use and enjoyment
but not the Property of all my Household Goods ffurniture Plate
Linen China monies securities for money and all other my
personal estate Chattels and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever
and of what nature kind or quality soever unto my said Wife
Dinah Ireland and her Assigns for and during the term of her
natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give &
bequeath the principal and property thereof unto my said three
Sons William Ireland Alfred Ireland and Robert Ireland and any
other Child or Children I may have at my decease or who shall be
born in due time after equally to be divided between them share
and share alike as Tenants in common to be...... vested in them
respectively on their attaining their respective ages of twenty
one years and to survive between them in case of the death of
any of them under that age and without leaving any Children or
Child And I direct that an Inventory of my said Personal estate
Chattels and Effects shall be made immediately after my decease
and be signed by my said Wife and delivered to my other Executor
And I nominate and appoint the said Dinah my Wife and my eldest
son William Ireland Executrix and Executor of this my last Will
and Testament In Witness whereof I have to the first sheet of
this my last Will and Testament contained in two sheets of paper
set my Hand and to the second sheet thereof my Hand and Seal the
thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and twenty one Robert Ireland
