In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Inwood of Kingston upon Thames in the County of Surry Widow being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding (praised be God) do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) ffirst I give and bequeath unto each of my ffriends Peter Theobald Esquire and Thomas Tickner one Gold ring of the value of one Guinea each Also I give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Joanna All my real and personal Estate of what nature or kind soever the same shall be lying and being at the time of my decease and which I shall in any ways be intitled to at the time of my decease after all my just Debts Legacies and funeral Expences are fully paid and satisfied To hold to her my said Daughter her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And I do hereby make nominate constitute and appoint my said ffriends Peter Theobald Esquire and Thomas Tickner Executors of this my said last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made And I do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Inwood the said Testatrix have to this my said last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this eleventh day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seventeen hundred and sixty four Eliz: Inwood
