In the Name of God Amen I Martin Innys of the City of Bristol Gentleman do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say Imprimis I will and desire that all my Debts and ffuneral Expences may be first Paid and discharged Item I give and bequeath unto every one of my Brothers and Sisters that shall be living at the Time of of my Death Twenty Pounds apiece and to my Sister Innys at Redland Twenty Pounds to Mrs Cossins Twenty Pounds to Mr Slater Baker and his Wife Twenty Pounds to my Cozen Morris and his Wife Twenty Pounds to my Kinsman Mr Andrew Bowen and his Wife Twenty Pounds and all my Law Books to my Maid Servants forty shillings apiece to my ffriends Mr Thomas Smith Mr Charles Holder and Mr William Miller a Ring apiece all my real Estate at Corston I give devise and bequeath unto my Brother Jeremy Innys To hold to him his Heirs and Assigns for ever and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said loving Brother Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do give him all my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever In Witness whereof I the said Martin Innys have to this my last Will and Testament Set my Hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord God One thousand seven hundred and forty seven Martin Innys
