The Will of Mary Innes

 

In the Name of God Amen The twenty fourth day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fforty I Mary Innes of the Parish of St Margaret Westminster being weak in Body but of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding do make Publish and Declare my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath to Mary the Wife of John Woodman the Sum of Ten Pounds and to Mary woodman her Daughter the Sum of Ten Pounds more And all other my Estate Goods Chattels and Effects I give and bequeath to my Nephew Gilbert Douglas Esquire and do hereby constitute and appoint him the said Gilbert Douglas Esquire Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
