I Lydia Ibbott of Beechamwell in the County of Norfolk Widow do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say ffirst I will and direct that all my just Debts and ffuneral Expences shall be paid by my Executor hereafter named out of my personal Estate which I shall leave at the time of my decease Also I give and bequeath unto my Brother John Low of Bradfield in the County of Suffolk the Sum of ffive Pounds a Year during his natural life if the Personal Estate and Effects that I shall leave at my decease will enable my Executor hereinafter named so to do after Payment of my said Debts ffuneral Expences and my said Executors Charges in the Execution of this my Will but the sole Judgement and decision thereon I leave entirely to my said Executor and if my said Executor shall be of Opinion that five Pounds a year to my said Brother for life will be more than the personal Estate I shall leave will enable him to Pay then my will is that my said Executor shall pay my said Brother any less sum than five Pounds a Year as my said Executor in his Judgement shall think right All the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate I give and bequeath to Richard Hammond of Beechamwell aforesaid Gentleman whom I make whole and sole Executor of this my will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and declaring this to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 19th Day of November 1789  Lydia Ibbott
