This is my last Will and Testament of me Isabella Humble of the Borough and County of Newcastle upon Tyne Widow I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my said Executors the legacy of ten guineas each and subject to the payments aforesaid I give devise and bequeath unto my daughters Maria Humble and Jessie Humble their respective heirs executors and administrators all and singular my household furniture plate linen books and all my ready money Securities for money due all my shares in the Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead Union Gas Company and other Joint Stock Companies and all other my goods and chattels and Real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever of whatever nature or kind the same may be or consist belonging to me or over which I shall have a disposing power at the time of my decease to hold the same according to the different natures and tenures thereof unto my said daughters in equal moieties share and share alike as tenants in common and their respective heirs executors and administrators for her and their own use and benefit absolutely I appoint my friends Samuel Hedley of Coxlodge Cottage in the County of Northumberland Banker and Robert Nicholson of the same place Civil Engineer Executors of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I publish and declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testaemtn In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of August one thousand eight hundred and fifty Isabella Humble
