This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Humble of Coldwell Cottage in the County of Derby Gentleman of which I appoint my Daughter Jane North Humble my Brother ffrancis Humble of Durham and my friend William Wake of Sheffield Gentleman Executrix and Executors I give and bequeath to my said Brother and the said William Wake the legacy of fifty pounds each to be paid at the expiration of twelve months after my decease for the trouble they will have in carrying this my Will in to execution I give devise and bequeath all the real estate and subject only to the Payment of my debts funeral expences and the said legacies all the Personal Estate of which I shall be seized or possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my said Daughter her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely I give and devise all real estates vested in me upon any trust or by way of mortgage unto my said Brother and the said William Wake their heirs and assigns subject to any trusts and equities for the time being affecting the same Nevertheless I declare that the monies secured upon any mortgage to which I shall be beneficially entitled shall be considered as a part of my personal estate hereinbefore bequeathed I declare that by appointing my said Brother one of my executors it is not my intention to forgive or discharge any sum or sums of money he may owe to me at the time of my decease In witness whereof I have at the foot of this my Will set my hand this sixth day of ffebruary one thousand eight hundred and forty four _ E Humble
