This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Howe of Leighton Buzzard in the County of Bedford Spinster I give and devise unto my Sister Hannah Howe and Jane ffox who now resides with me their Heirs Executors Admors and assigns all and every my Messuages Cottages Lands Heredits and Real Estate situate in the County of Bedford or elsewhere in the Kingdom of England with their appurts and also all and every my Goods and Chattells rights Credits Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and of what nature or kindsoever to hold my said Real and Personal Estate unto and to the use of them the said Hannah Howe and Jane ffox their Heirs Executors Admors and assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants subject nevertheless to all my just debts and ffuneral Expences and I appoint the said Hannah Howe and Jane ffox Executrices of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all wills heretofore by me made and executed In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventeen Ann Howe
