I James Horton of Studley Terrace Stockwell in the County of Surrey Esquire do hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament I will and direct that my debts and funeral and testamentary expences shall be paid and satisfied as soon as may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my Brother in Law and Executor hereinafter appointed William Hosking the sum of five pounds And as to all the Rest residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever whereof or whereto I or any person or persons In Trust for me shall at the time of my decease be possessed or entitled or which I have power to dispose of by this my Will I give in equal shares as tenants in common and bequeath the same unto my Brother William Horton of Bury Road Thetford in the County of Norfolk and my Sister Mary Anne the Wife of the said William Hosking of Studley Terrace aforesaid And I nominate and appoint the said William Hosking Executor of this my Will In witness whereof I have to the foot of this my Will contained in one sheet of paper set my hand this second day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two _ James Horton
