This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Horner of the Parish of Sutton in the County of Surrey Widow First I hereby revoke all Wills First I hereby revoke all Wills and Testamentary Dispositions made by me In the next place I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences may be paid as soon as conveniently can be after my decease I give devise and bequeath All my real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever belonging to me and of which I may be seised or possessed or in any way entitled to at the time of my decease unto my nephew John Wisby of Mount Street Lambeth in the County of Surrey Auctioneer and Appraiser To hold the same according to the tenure nature and quality thereof respectively unto and to the use of him the said John Wisby his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely for ever And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said John Wisby Sole Executor of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of December One thousand eight hundred and forty six _Sarah Horner
