In the Name of God Amen. I HENERY HORNER of Woodaile in Coverdale in the parish of Coverham and in the County of Yorke, yeoman, am weake of body but of good and perfect memory praised be God for the same : and doe make this my last will and testament in Manner and forme as followes. First I give my soule to Allmighty god my Maker and Redeemer and Saviour and my body to be buryed in the parish church yard of Coverham and for my worldly estate and goods I give and bequeath as followeth first it is my will and mind is that all my debts legacies and funerall expences be paid and discharged by my executor Hereafter named.

Item I give and bequeath to my grandson HENERY HORNER of Woodaile all my houses lands closes cattlegaits and all my whole estate which I have at Woodalile in Coverdall or in any place elsewhere. Likewise I give my grandson HENERY HORNER all my goods and chattells both alive and dead and all my bills bonds debts or redye moneys in whose hands or custody the same can or may be found and my will and mind is that my grandson HENERY HORNER shall enter to all the above named premises at my death and to his heires and assigns for ever. And lastly I doe make my grandson HENERY HORNER of Woodaile my sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking all other wills heartofore by me maid. I wintnesseth the said HENERY HORNER have set my Hand and seale to this my last will and Testament upon the 13th June 1726
