This is the last Will and Testament of me Nancy Hopkins of Winchester Hants Widow I hereby ratify and confirm the appointments or settlement heretofore made by me to or in favour of my two daughters in pursuance of the power reserved to me in and by the Settlement made on the marriage of me and my late husband And I do by this my Will give and devise All and every my Estate and Effects whatsoever other than those comprised in the aforesaid appointments unto my two daughters before referred to namely ffrances Drake and Eleanor the Wife of Mr Charles Isdell to and for their own respective use and benefit equally to be divided between them share and share alike And I appoint my said daughter ffrances Drake together with my son Edward ffitt Hopkins joint Executors of this my Will Witness my hand this tenth day of September 1839 Edwd Twynham   Betsey Twynam
