In the Name of God Amen I Zillah Holmes of Lambeth Marsh in the County of Surry being of sound mind memory & understanding do make & publish this my last Will & Testament in manner following that is to say first I direct my funeral expences & all debts at the time of my decease shall be owing by me to any person or persons whomsoever to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon as conveniently can be after my decease after payment thereof & subject thereto I Give & bequeath all my ready money Securities for money & all such Sums of Money as shall be due & owing to me at the time of my decease money in the funds Goods Chattells & all other my Personal Estate & Effects of what nature or kindsoever & wheresoever unto my dear Sister Lucy Holmes for her own use & benefit I do nominate constitute & appoint my said Sister Lucy Holmes Sole Executrix of this my Will & lastly I hereby revoke all former & other Wills Codicils & testamentary dispositions made by me at any time heretofore & do hereby declare this to be my last Will & testament In Witness whereof I the said Zillah Holmes the Testatrix have to this my last Will & testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand & seal this fourth day of August in this year of our Lord 1807
