The Will of Thomas Holdroyd - Died 20th June 1846

 

The last will and testament of me, Thomas Holdroyd of Roberttown in Liversedge in the parish of Birstall and county of York, wiredrawer, as follows,

  I give and bequeath my household goods, furniture and personal estate and effects whatsoever unto my wife Mary Holdroyd her executors and Administrators.

  AND I give and devise my three dwellinghouses with the land, barn, mistal outbuildings and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in Roberttown aforesaid, two of which said dwellinghouses are now occupied by me and my son Joseph Holdroyd and the other is at present unoccupied, and all other my real estate whatsoever, unto my said wife Mary Holdroyd her heirs and assigns for ever.

 And I appoint my said wife Mary Holdroyd my executrix and revoke any other will by me heretofore made.

  In witness whereof I hereto subscribe my name the twelfth day of July 1845.

Signed by the said Thomas Holdroyd as his last will and testament in the presence of us (being present at the same time ) who at his request and his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses.
