The Will of Samuel Holbech

 

In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Holbech of the Borough of Warwick in the County of Warwick Gent being sick and weak but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament (To wit) I will and desire that all my Just Debts be in the first place paid and discharged And subject and lyable to the Payment thereof I give and devise All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof unto my Neice Elizabeth Burgoyne Widow her heirs and assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath unto the said Elizabeth Burgoyne (subject as aforesaid) All my Goods Chattels Rights Credits and personal Estate for ever and I constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth Burgoyne sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And hereby revoke All former Wills by me made and Do publish and declare this to bne my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seal this ffourth day of ffebruary one Thousand seven hundred and Thirty Seven Saml Holbech
