The Will of Thos Hipwell

In the Name of God Amen I Thos Hipwell of Bourn Farmer in the County of Camb being of sound & disposed in mind & Memory praised be God for the same do make this my last Will & Testament in the Manner & form following that is to say

1st I give & bequeath to my beloved Wife Mary Hipwell all that Freehold Estate situated at Gamlingay in the County of Cambridge & all the appurtenances belonging thereto her Heirs & assigns forever

2nd I give & bequeath to Her all that my freehold estates situate at Bourn in the County of Cambridge now in the Occupation of Jno Clark & Palmer Bond Copyhold of Christ College which I give to Her her Heirs & Assigns forever

All the residue of the Estates Freehold & Copy I give to my Son Joshua Hipwell his Heirs & Assigns forever when he comes of 21 Years of Age

I do appoint my Wife Mary Hipwell to be my whole & sole Executor of this my Will
In witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal this 27 day Of Dec 1806
