This is the last Will and Testament of me Wharton Hilton of Number 8 Egerton Street Birkenhead Plumber. I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my wife Elizabeth Hilton absolutely but as to estates vested in me upon trust or by way of mortgage subject to the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively. And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all other testamentary writings. In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this twenty fifth day of July one thousand eight hundred and seventy one.

Proved at Chester the 7^th day of December 1874 by the oath of Elizabeth Hilton Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom administration was granted.

The testator Wharton Hilton was late of No 8 Egerton Street Birkenhead in the County of Chester Plumber and died on the 19^th day of December 1871 at No 8 Egerton Street aforesaid.
