The Will of Thomas Hill
In the Name of God Amen the last Will and Testament of
me Thomas Hill of Heston in the county of Middlesex Baker ffirst I Will that
all my just debts and ffuneral Expences be Paid and satisfied and after
payment and satisfaction thereof and subject to thereto I Give and bequeath
my Estate and Effects in manner following that is to say I Give and bequeath
unto my Wife Mary Hill all such sum and sums of Money as is now due and
owing unto me from Joseph Cook late of the Parish of Uxbridge in the county
of Middlesex Auctioneer and Nicholas Blunt of Uxbridge in the county
aforesaid Gentleman to and for her own use and benefit All the Rest Residue
and Remainder of my Estate and Effects both Real and Personal whatsoever and
wheresoever or of what Nature or Kind soever I Give devise and bequeath the
same unto my good friend Thomas Miller of the Parish of Saint Martin in the
ffields in the county of Middlesex Victualler To hold to the said Thomas
Miller his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns for ever and I do
hereby Nominate constitute and appoint the said Thomas Miller sole Executor
of this my Will hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day
of June one thousand Seven hundred and sixty eight Tho: Hill
