The Will of William Herring

 

In the Name of God Amen I William Herring of Wroughton in the County of Wilts Yeoman do this Twenty eighth day of ffebruary in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & Eleven make ordain publish & declare this to be my last Will & Testament in manner following that is to say I give devise & bequeath all & every my Leasehold Messuages or Tenements Gardens and Premises with the appurts situate lying & being in Wroughton afford & also all & singular my Goods Chattells & Effects Monies Securities for Money & Personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever & of what nature or kind soever which I shall die possessed of or entitled to subject to the oayment of my just debts & my ffuneral & testamentary Expences unto Jane my Wife to hold absolutely And I do hereby nominate constitute & Appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year first above writtenX The mark of Wm Herring
