This is the last Will and Testament of me
Frances Henty of No 63 Clarence Street in the Parish of Portsea
in the County of Southampton Whereby I do hereby devise and
bequeath in manner following All and every my household
furniture and fixtures books linen and... China and Glass Also
each and every sum and sums of money which may be in my house or
about my person or which may be due or becoming due to me at the
time of my decease as also the house and premises in which I now
live as above named and all and every other my estate and
effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal
whether in possession reversion or expectancy unto Walter
Collinge Rawlinson of No 202 ... Street in the parish of Portsea
aforesaid as Executor of this my last will and Testament for the
sole use and benefit of my aged Father and brothers and Sisters
as hereinafter .... in equal proportions to each to be disposed
of immediately after my decease either by Private Contract or by
Public Auction as shall be or appear to be the most desirable
and beneficial for the Legatees the proceeds of which after
paying all my just debts and twenty pounds mortgage on this my
house and premises my funeral and all other expences attending
the same are to be equally divided as follows one fifth part to
be paid to my Father John Harding of Wingston one fifth part to
my brother Wilbur Harding of Southsea one fifth part to my
brother William Harding of Portsea and one fifth part to my
Sister ...... Rawlinson and the remaining fifth part to my
Sister Jane Lynch of 68 Clarence Street Landport or to their
heirs executors or administrators And I do hereby appoint my
Brother in law Walter Collinge Rawlinson my sole Executor of
this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills
Testamentary or other Writings by or for me In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand this thirty first day of December in
the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty seven
