I William Henly of that part of Markyate Street which is in the parish of Caddington in the county of Bedford Malster Do make and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament Having surrendered all my copyhold Estates to the use of my last Will I do hereby give devise and bequeath all my estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kind soever to my loving Wife Ann Henly Her Heirs Executors Administrators and assignes for ever And I do constitute and appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills be me at any time made And I do publish and declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twentieth day of November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Six           William Henly
