This is the last will and Testament of me Ann Henly of Markyate Street in the parish of Caddington in the County of Bedford Widow

I give and devise all my Copyhold Estates in the manors of Markyate and Flamstead in the said County of Hertford to my Executors hereinafter named in trust for the following purposes that is to say that my said Executor shall sell the same as soon as conveniently may be after my death and shall pay the money arising from such sale together with any interest that may arise therefrom in two equal shares to my Sons Thomas and William as they shall respectively arrive at the age of Twenty one years

All my household goods and furniture I direct that my said Executor shall divide between my said Sons as equally as may be. All my ready Money Securities for Money and all other my personal Estate whatsoever I give to my said Executor in trust to be divided between my two said Sons in the same Manner as directed for the Money arising from my copyhold estates

I constitute and appoint Thomas Hickson of Markyate Street aforesaid Farrier sole Executor of mthis my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of December One thousand eight hundred and nine Ann Henly
