In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Henley the Elder of the Parish of St Clements Danes in the County of Middlesex Butcher being weak in Body but of sound perfect and disposing mind and memory Doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner following That is to say Imprimis I recommend my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God and I will that my Body be buried in such decent manner as my Executrix hereinafter named shall think fitt Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Eldest Son Thomas Henley the summe of Thirty pounds Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Son Charles Henley the summe of ffive pounds Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Anne Henley the summe of ffifty pounds to be paid her at her Age of One and Twenty yeares or Day of Marriage which shall first happen Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth the Wife of William Thorpe the summe of ffive Pounds Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane Henley the summe of Thirty Pounds to be paid her at her Age of One and Twenty yeares or Day of Marriage which shall first happen Item I give to my Sister in Law the Widow Hayford the summe of ffive pounds Item I give to my Cousin John Coleman one Shilling And as to all the rest and residue of my reall and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature kind or quality soever I give devise and bequeath the same unto my dear and loving Wife Mary Henley whom I do hereby make nominate and appoint sole Executrix of this my Will And I doe hereby revoke annull and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do publish and declare this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seal this ffoure and Twentieth Day of June Anno Dm One thousand seven hundred and ffourteen and in the Thirteenth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland Queen Defender of the ffaith the marck of Thomas Henley
