I Martha Heighes, late of Orchard Street, Portman Square in the county of Middlesex, servant to Edward Foxhall esquire, but now of the parish of Binsted in the county of Southampton, Spinster, do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel and clothes unto my niece Jane the wife of William [Buiben, Binden or Finden?] and ask the same to be delivered to her within ten days after my death.

And all the Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts, I give and bequeath to my brother John Heighes absolutely and I appoint my said brother John Heighes sole executor of this my Will witness my hand this twelfth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight.

Proved at London 15^th November 1838 before the Judge by the oath of John Heighes, her brother the sole executor to whom Admon was granted having just sworn by canon duly to administer.
