In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Haynes the
Elder of the Town of Northampton in the County of Northampton
Widow being weak in body but of sound & disposing mind memory &
understanding praised be god for the same do make & publish this
my last will & Testament in manner following that is to say I
give & forgive unto my Son Nathaniel Haynes the Sum of twenty
pounds now due & owing from him to me upon the Promissory Note
of Hand with all Interest that shall be due thereon at the time
of my decease And I will & direct my Extrix hereinafter named to
deliver up the said Note to him to be cancelled immediately
after my decease Also I give & bequeath unto him my said Son
Nathaniel Haynes the further Sum of one hundred & eighty pounds
of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him by my said
Extrix out of my Personal Estate within the space of six
calendar Months next after my decease And as to all the rest
residue & remainder of my goods chattels books ready money
securities for money effects & Personal Estate whatsoever &
wheresoever & of what nature kind or sort soever the same shall
or may consist of at the time of my decease & not hereinbefore
disposed of which shall remain after payment of my just debts
the above mentioned Legacies funeral expences & the charges of
proving this my Will I give & bequeath the same & every part
thereof unto my daughter Sarah Haynes the Younger her Exors
Admors & Assigns to & for her & their own absolute use benefit &
disposal And I make constitute & appoint my said daughter Sarah
Haynes sole Extrix of this my last Will & Testament hereby
revoking & making void all former & other Wills by me at any
time heretofore made & declaring & publishing this & this alone
to be and contain my true & whole last Will & Testament In
Witness whereof I the said Sarah Haynes the Testatrix have
hereunto set my hand & Seal this seventh day of ffebruary in the
Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & nine _ Sarah
