In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Haveill of the Parish of Saint Martin
Vintry in the Ward of Vintry London Widow being of sound and disposing Mind
Memory and Understanding Praised be Almighty God for the same do make ordain
publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner
following Imprimis my Mind and Will is that all my Just Debts and ffuneral
Charges be in the first place paid Item I give and bequeath unto my Son
Richard Haveill and to my Daughter Dorothy Haveill the Sum of One Shilling
each And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate or Estates of
what nature or kind soever and wheresoever which I now am or which I shall
or may be entitled unto at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath
the same unto my Son John Haveill and unto my Daughter Elizabeth Haveill
share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants And
Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son John Haveill
and my said Daughter Elizabeth Haveill Executor and Executrix of this my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me
heretofore made In Witness hereof I the said Elizabeth Haveill the Testatrix
have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this ffifteenth day of December in the
Twenty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by
the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the
ffaith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred
and forty seven Eliz Haveill
