The Will of William Henry Hatch

 

In the name of God Amen I William Henry Hatch being of sound mind do bequeath all my goods property and money or interests in money goods or property to my beloved Wife Alice Martha Hatch for her sole use or benefit

17th December 1869                                                   Wm H Hatch

 

Signed by the Testator William Henry Hatch and acknowledged by him to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and subscribed by us in the presence of the said Testator and of each other James Poole St James’s Road Southsea Francis Bacigaleyso Bath Square Portsmouth

 

At Winchester on the tenth day of January 1871 Administration with the Will annexed of the personal estate and effects of William Henry Hatch late of Kingston in the Parish of Portsea in the County of Southampton Gentleman who died on the fourth day of October 1870 at Kingston aforesaid was granted to Alice Martha Hatch Widow the Relict of the said deceased the Universal legatee named in the said Will she having been first sworn  No Executor being named in the said Will
