This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Haskins of the Parish of Pucklechurch in the County of Gloucester Gardener ffirst I give and bequeath the Sum of Six Guineas to such of my ffive Children George Haskins Robert Haskins Job Haskins Elizabeth the Wife of Henry Baker and Sarah Haskins to be paid to such of them as shall be of the age of Twenty one Years immediately after my decease and to such of them as shall be under the Age of Twenty one Years at the time of their respectively attaining that age I give devise and bequeath all my ffreehold and Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever also the use and enjoyment of all my Household Goods and ffurniture and the residue of my Money and all other my Personal Estate and Effects which shall remain after Payment of my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary Expences to my Wife Sarah Haskins for and during the term of her natural life if she shall so long continue my Widow and from and after her decease or second Marriage whichever shall first happen I give and devise all my said Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments in manner following that is to say I give and devise one equal fifth part thereof to my said son George Haskins for and during his natural life and from and after his decease I give and devise the same to all the Children of the said George Haskins equally to be divided between them and to their respective Heirs Executors Admors and assigns and I give and devise one other undivided fifth Part thereof to my said Son Robert Haskins his Heirs Executors Admors and assigns and I give and devise one other undivided fifth Part thereof to my said Son Job Haskins his Heirs Executors Admors and assigns and I give and devise one other undivided fifth Part thereof to my said Daughter Elizabeth the Wife of Henry Baker and I give and devise the remaining undivided fifth Part thereof to my said Daughter Sarah Haskins her Heirs Executors Admors and assigns And from and after the decease or second Marriage of my said wife whichever shall first happen I give and bequeath all my said Goods and ffurniture and the residue of my Money and other my Personal Estate and Effects hereinbefore bequeathed to my said Wife unto and equally between my said five Children share and share alike and I do hereby appoint my said Wife and Son Robert Haskins Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifteen
