This is the last Will and Testament of me George Harvey
Of the Parish of Wimborne Minster in the County of Dorset, Yeoman, made the fifthDay of February in the year 1823. First I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid ……… all and singular my Estates and effects as well real as personal and of what nature or kind soever or whosoever

Whereof or whom I leave any disposing power unto my son Richard Harvey his His [?] ….Executors Administrators and Appointees for …… and subject to the payment of ….. [5] pounds a year to my ….. Betty … [Adams?] for and during her life to be paid quarterly and to commence from my death. And I do hereby Nominate and Appointmy son’s son Richard Harvey whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills hereby declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I the said George Harvey the Testator have hereto set my hand and seal the day and year above written George Harvey –signed sealed published and declared by the said George Harvey the Testator as and for his Last Will in our presence who at his request and his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed their names as Witnesses …. Proved at London 14th June 1823 before the Judge by the oath of Richard Harvey the son the sole executor to whom Administration was granted.

 

I believe this to be Richard Harvey born 1803 Wimborne, his father Richard and Grandfather the testator, George Harvey.
