I Ann Harvey of the Parish of Stebbing in the
County of Essex of sound mind and understanding do make this my last
Will and Testament in the Name of God Amen that is to say in the
ffirst I do devise and bequeath that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid I do give unto my Niece Elizabeth Tabberer
two hundred pounds and my Niece Ann Lee two hundred pounds & in
case of Mrs Lee’s death the Legacy to go to the children To William
Davey ffarmer of Stebbing a hundred pounds Mary Barker my Servant
Maid one hundred pounds and all my wearing apparel Thos Thorogood my
Servant ten pounds Susan Allen her Madin Name my late Servant ten
pounds Josp Parling Laborer five pounds William Byatt my Man Servant
twenty pounds Mrs Ann Lake of Saling ten pounds to the Revt Mr
Pocklington for the benefit of the Church Sunday School twenty
pounds Miss Harriet Peirce ten pounds both of London I do further
give unto my Niece Elizabeth Tabberer one hundred pounds more than
the above legacy invested in the New three and a half per cents in
the name of Elizabeth Tabberer and to Mrs Eliza Willis of Stebbing
Park all the Residue of my Effects of whatsoever kind in money hay
corn live and dead stock after my just debts funeral expences and
legacies are all paid I do appoint the said Mrs Eliza Willis of
Stebbing Park my Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
