This is the last Will and Testament of me William Harris formerly of Bowling Alley Whitecross Street in the City of London Smith but now of Number 10 Maidstone Place Boston Street Hackney Road in the County of Middlesex I appoint William Hurland Waters of No 67 Regent Street Westminster sole executor of this my Will I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and the expences of proving this my Will shall in the first place be paid and satisfied and subject to such payments I give and bequeath all the monies securities for money debts owing to me household furniture goods Property and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever of which I may be possessed or entitled to at the time of my decease unto and to the use of my Sister Martha the Wife of John Merrick Styles if she shall be living at the time of my death for her own sole and separate use and benefit absolutely and so that the same shall not be liable to the debts control or engagements of her present or any future husband but if my said Sister should happen to die in my lifetime I give and bequeath the said monies securities for money debts owing to me household furniture goods property and effects (subject as aforesaid) unto the said John Merrick Styles absolutely I hereby revoke all former wills made by me In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eleventh day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three William Harris
