I Samuel Harris of Weston Farm in the Parish of Stalbridge in the County of Dorset Farmer do declare this to be my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel Harris and my daughters Harriet and Lucy Harris All the Household Furniture and other Household Effects and also all the Dairy Utensils which may be in or about my Dwellinghouse at the time of my decease to be divided amongst them in equal shares for his and their own benefit absolutely All the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto Richard Dyke of Spurrells Farm in the Parish of Milborne Port in the County of Somerset Farmer and my son Samuel Harris of the Parish of Charlton Horethorne in the same County Farmer Upon trust to forthwith get in and compel payment of such parts thereof as shall consist of money and to sell and convert into money such part thereof as shall not consist of money And after payment thereout of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to pay and divide my said residuary Estate and Effects unto and amongst my five children next mentioned namely Daniel Harris Mary Dyke the wife of the said Richard Dyke Charlotte Hutchings the wife of Fred Hutchings of Baltonsborough in the County of Somerset Harriet Harris and Lucy Harris in equal shares for their own use absolutely Provided always and I declare my Will to be that if my residuary Estate when divided should yield a larger share to my said five children than my son Samuel has had in my lifetime he shall participate therein to such extent as may be necessary to place them all upon an equal footing And I hereby nominate and appoint the said Richard Dyke and Samuel Harris Executors of this my Will In witness whereof I the said Samuel Harris the Testator have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of April One thousand eight hundred and eighty eight

Signed and acknowledged by the said Samuel Harris the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Blandford on the third day of August 1888 by the Oaths of Richard Dyke and Samuel Harris son of the deceased the Executors to whom Administration was granted
The testator Samuel Harris was late of Weston Farm in the parish of Stalbridge in the County of Dorset Farmer and died on the ninth day of April 1888 at Weston Farm aforesaid.
