make and ordain this my
last Will and Testament
in manner following
ffirst I will that my
just Debts and ffuneral
Expences be justly
satisfied And Whereas I
am intitled to one half
part or Moiety of the
salary ffees and profits
of the Place of Deputy
Chamberlain of the Tally
Court in his Majesties
Exchequer during the
Life of Abraham ffarley
one of the Deputy
Chamberlains aforesaid I
give to my Nephew
Jonathan Harris Power of
Westminster all my Right
Title and Interest of
the aforesd Moiety for
him to have and receive
all the sallary ffees
and Profits for his own
Proper Use only paying
to his Brothers John and
James Power of New Sarum
in the County of Wilts
out of the said Moiety
the sum of ten Pounds
Yearly to each of his
said Brothers Also I
give to Anna Harris my
Sister of Orford
aforesaid all my
Household Goods
ffurniture except one
Bed and ffurniture _ And
also all my Plate and
Jewells except such as
by Writing I shall any
otherwise dispose of And
as for the Rest and
Residue of my Goods
Effects and estate
whatsoever and
wheresoever I give to my
residuary Legatee
Jonathan Harris Power of
Westminster aforesaid
the better to enable him
whom I order to be at
the sole Expence of my
Burial And I do hereby
appoint Arthur Shepherd
Esquire of Greville
Street in the Parish of
Saint Andrews Holbourn
(to whom I give ten
pounds for Mourning)
with my aforesaid
Nephew Jonathan Harris
Power to be the
Executors of this my
last Will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke
all former Wills and
Codicils heretofore made
