The Will of James Lloyd Harris
In the Name of God Amen I
James Lloyd Harris of Cheltenham in the County of
Gloucester being of sound Mind doth make & declare
this to be my last Will & Testament which is as
follows I give & bequeath all my Estates real
Personal & of every Sort & description whatsoever
unto Richard Donovan of Tibberton Court Esq in the
County of Gloucester & Robert Jonas Jackson Norris
of Davy Hulme Hall in the County of Lancaster in
Trust for the following purposes that as soon as may
be convenient after my decease the whole of my
property of every description whatsoever shall be
turned into Money & invested in the Public ffunds
for the sole benefit of my dear daughter Honoria to
be paid into her Hands by my above named Trustees on
her attaining her twenty second Year but in Case she
should not live to attain the Age of twenty two then
it is my Will that the same may pass to my Heir at
law on his attaining the Age of twenty one Years And
it is my Wish & desire that that my beloved Wife may
have & use for the term of her natural life All my
Household ffurniture Books China Glass & Plate &
that at her Death the same shall Pass to my Daughter
Honoria or in case of her Death to my Heir at Law
The above named Richd Donovan Esq & Robt J J Norris
Esq I nominate my Executors to this my last Will &
Testament Both Sept 20th 1815 Jas Lloyd Harris
