I Rebecca Harper of Beehive in the Parish of Llanwychairan in the County of Montgomery Spinster do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following ffirst my will is that my just debts funeral Expences and the expence of conveying my body to the Parish Church of Pentscourd in the said County under the direction of my Executrix hereinafter named and there to be buried in a decent christian like manner and I do hereby charge my personal Estate with the payment thereof then I give and bequeath unto my niece ffrances Harper of the County of Hants Widow all my goods chattels and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever upon trust that she her Executors Administrators and Assigns after Payment of my just debts funeral expences and the expence of proving this my last Will and Testament to convert the same into money (except a feather bed bedcloathes and Clock hereinafter named) as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and Pay the money arising therefrom and all the funded Property monies bills bonds or notes which I shall die possessed of after paying.... reasonable expences in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath unto my niece ffrances Lariner the sum of fifty pounds I give and bequeath unto George Godull Owens the sum of thirty pounds I give and bequeath my Brother John Harper now of the Beehive aforesaid, Currier, a feather bed bed cloathes and my Clock and Case and as to the remainder of my Personal Estate funded Property monies bills bonds or notes which I shall die possessed of after payment of the above mentioned Legacies I give and bequeath unto the children of my nephew William ......  as shall be living at my decease and to the Children of my Sister Susanna ffairless as shall be living and unto John Harper Smith and Hugh Smith the Sons of Abraham Smith of.....  as shall be living at my decease share and share alike and to be divided by my Executrix hereinafter mentioned and to be paid by her her Executors Administrators or Assigns as they shall attain the age of twenty one and as to my real Estate I give and devise unto my said brother John Harper All that part of the dwelling house called the Beehive aforesaid with the half of the garden with the Appurtenances now in the possession or occupation of Jeremiah Griffiths To hold unto my said Brother John Harper for life and the other part of the said dwelling house with the appurtenances now in my possession I give and devise unto my Sister Elizabeth Harper to hold unto my said Sister Elizabeth Harper and her assigns for ever and from and immediately after the death of my said brother or sister then the survivor to take the whole of the above premises for the remainder of his or her life And from and after the decease of the survivor I give and devise all that my messuage tenement or dwelling house with the garden and appurtenances thereto belonging unto my said niece ffrances Lariner to hold to my said niece ffrances Lariner for and during her natural life then I give and devise the same unto my nephew Edward ffareless of .                                  To hold unto my said nephew Edward ffareless his heirs and assigns for ever and I do hereby appoint my said niece ffrances Lariner Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking every former Will be me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Put my hand and seal the thirtieth day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty Rebecca Harper
