The Will of Benjamin Batchelor Harker

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Batchelor Harker of Greenwich Kent after all my just debts shall have been paid I direct that the business now carried on by my brother William Harker and myself shall be sustained for his benefit on condition that he pay to my mother the sum of Thirty Pounds yearly and to my Sisters Mary and Sarah Harker of Lewisham Kent the sums of ten pounds each yearly during the term of my Mother’s life At my Mother’s death I direct that all my property whatsoever to which I may have any claim shall be equally divided between my other sisters viz Mary Harker of Dartmouth Terrace Lewisham Kent Sarah Harker of the same place and Ann Morley wife of George Morley of Whitechapel London and my brother William Harker aforesaid or any of them who shall have been living at my decease Witness my hand this thirteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty three _ Benjamin Batchelor Harker _ James Stacey _ Thomas Gillett

Administration with the will annexed granted on 13 November 1833 to Mary Harker widow mother of the deceased the other residuary legatees consenting
