This is the last will and testament of me EDWARD HARE of Nosterfield in the County of York Farmer made 18 January 1793. First I will and order and direct that all my just debts uineral expences the proving and registring of this my will and the Legacies hereinafter by me given shall be firstly paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named and appointed .

I give and bequeath unto my Nephew THOMAS HARRISON one Guinea.

I give and bequeath unto my Nephews JOHN HARE, THOMAS HARE, ROBERT HARE, WILLIAM HARE and GEORGE HARE one Guinea each.

I give and bequeath unto my Nephew EDWARD HARE one Guinea and also my watch.

I also give and bequeath unto my Cousin RICHARD BURNAND of North Stainley in the County of York miller and to ISABELLA his wife one Guinea each.

All of which several legacies I order and direct to be paid to each and every of my said Legatees within 7 days after my decease.

I give and devise and bequeath unto my brother THOMAS HARE all and every my messuage cottage lands tenements and hereditaments and premises whatsoever and wheresoever situate To Have and To Hold ....

I also give and bequeath unto my Brother THOMAS HARE all and every my personal estate .. chargeable with the payment of all my just debts funeral expences the proving and registring of this my will and the said several legacies and appoint my said Brother THOMAS HARE sole and whole executor ....
