In the Name of God Amen I ffrancis Hannell of Dorset Street in the Parish of St Marylebone Portman Square London Grocer being of sound mind and memory do make this my Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I order that all my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and every part thereof I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Sarah Hannell the whole of my property of what nature soever it may be and appoint her my sole Executrix in manner following that is to say my house situated in Dorset Street aforesaid I give for her benifit so long as she lives but it shall not be lawful for her to mortgage sell or dispose of it under any pretence whatsoever at her death for to be delivered up free of all encumbrances or debts whatsoever to my dear daughter Margaretta Hannell for her sole benefit under the following conditions that it shall not be lawful for her or her husband to sell or mortgage it under any pretence whatsoever but for her sole benifit to receive all rents & benefits arising from it for her natural life independent of her husband who shall have no control of it if she dies without issue for it to go to my dear son John Hannell at my wife's decease it is my desire that all other property shall be equally divided between my son John and Margaretta Hannell In Witness whereof I the said Testator to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal Fras Hannell  dated this 8th day of August 1815
