This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Hannell of Woburn in the County of Bedford Carpenter which I make and ordain in manner and form following (that is to say) ffirst I direct that my just Debts and funeral Expences shall be paid Next I give and devise unto my son John Hannell and his Heirs All that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances situate and being in the Parish of Woburn aforesaid now in the occupation of Richard Wright Also I give and devise unto my Daughter Sukey Hannell and her Heirs All that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances situate and being in the Parish of Woburn aforesaid now in the occupation of Richard fflint which copyhold premises I have surrendered to the Use of my Will Also I give and bequeath All my Personal Estate and Effects unto and amongst my four Children William Hannell Edward Hannell John Hannell and Sukey Hannell in equal shares And Lastly I do hereby appoint the said Sukey Hannell sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Twelfth day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one

This Will was proved on the oath of Sukey Freeman (late Sukey Hannel) Wife of John Freeman of Woburn in the County of Bedford, Victualler, the Executrix herein named who was sworn duly to execute the same and that the personal Estate of the Testator at the time of his death did not amount to the sum of Three Hundred Pounds
