This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Hall Spinster of Berkeley Place Bristol in the County of Gloucester first I direct that my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my Brother William One annuity or yearly sum of three pounds and three shillings during his life to e paid and payable to him by my Executor hereinafter named be equal half yearly payments on the twenty fifth day of March and the twenty ninth day of September in each and every year and the first half yearly payment to be made on such of the said days as shall happen next after my decease And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my monies stock in the public funds and all other my monies goods chattels estate and effects of what nature or kind soever which I may be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof subject to the said Annuity Unto and equally between my two brothers John and George share and share alike as tenants in common and their respective executors administrators and assigns for their own use and benefit And I declare that if either of my said Brothers John and George shall happen to die in my life time and shall leave any child or children them or him surviving then and in such case the share of each one of my said Brothers John and George who shall so die of and in my residuary estate and effects shall go and belong to his child or children And if more than one in equal shares as tenants in common and be paid to him her or them respectively for his her or their own use and benefit And I appoint my said Brother John sole Executor of this my will In witness whereof I the said Mary Hall have hereunto subscribed my name the first day of May in the year One thousand eight hundred and forty four _ Mary Hall
