Derby November 24th 1883

This is the last Will & Testament of me Thirza Haffner of Curzon St in the Borough of Derby I give & bequeath unto my daughter in law Emma Hebb all my money securities for money and all other my personal estate & effects whatsoever for her own use & benefit absolutely And I appoint the said Emma Hebb sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fourth day of November one thousand eight hundred & eighty three

Proved at Derby the second day of January 1884 by the Oath of Emma Hebb (Wife of John Hebb) the sole Executrix to whom administration was granted

The Testatrix Thirza Haffner was late of Curzon Street Derby in the County of Derby Widow and died on the twenty fifth day of November 1883 at Curzon Street Derby aforesaid
