I Richard Gulliford, Yeoman of the Parish of Witham Friary in the County of Somerset do this 30th day of April One thousand eight hundred and sixty eight as follows (Viz) I order and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and discharged by my Executrix herein after named out of the Effects given by me to my wife Ann And first I give unto my wife Ann all my money and security for money, all my real and personal property, all my live and dead stock of whatever description, household goods furniture and dairy utensils unto my wife Ann who is to pay out of the Effects given to her the sum of ten pounds each to my three children (Viz) Uriah Gulliford ten pounds Emma Gulliford ten pounds and Louisa Lucas ten pounds, at the end of twelve months after the death of the Testator. And I appoint my wife Ann Gulliford sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and declaring this to be my last In witness whereunto I have set my hand the day and year before said

We the undersigned have attested the execution of the foregoing writing by Richard Gulliford of Witham Friary, the Testator, signing his name at the foot thereof in the presence of us, present at the same time and without quitting his presence we subscribe the same, in the presence of each other

Proved at Wells the 5th day of November 1868 by the oath of Ann Gulliford, Widow, the Relict of the deceased, the sole Executrix named in the Will, to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Richard Gulliford was late of Witham Friary in the County of Somerset, Yeoman, and died on the 30th day of August 1868 at Witham Friary aforesaid
