In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Grubb of Caddington in the County of Hertford Spinster Do make and Publish my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give and devise unto my Niece Elizabeth Mann and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural Life All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Barns Outhouses Yards Gardens Orchards and other the Appurtenances thereto belonging situate and being at Caddington aforesaid and wherein I now live and reside and from and after the decease of my said Niece Elizabeth Mann I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances unto my Niece Sarah Crawley Widow (Sister of the said Elizabeth Mann) and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural Life And from and after the deceases of my said Nieces Elizabeth Mann and Sarah Crawley I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances situate in Caddington aforesaid unto and to the use of my great Niece Mary Mann (the Daughter of my Nephew John Mann of London Yeoman by Susan his late Wife deceased) her Heirs and Assigns for ever And as to all my Goods Chattels ready Money and Securities for Money and all other my Personal estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever after and subject to the payment of all my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary Charges I give and bequeath the same and every Part thereof unto my said Nieces Elizabeth Mann and Sarah Crawley and to my said Nephew John Mann in and by equal Shares and Proprtions And I do hereby make constitute and Appoint Leonard Hampson of Luton in the County of Bedford Gentleman sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any time heretofore named do declare this alone to be and contain my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any time heretofore named do declare this alone to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Grubb have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty second day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four Sarah Grubb

Whereas I Sarah Grubb of Caddington in the County of Bedford Spinster have duly made and published my last Will and Testament bearing date the twenty second day of November which was in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four and have thereby given and devised unto my Great Niece Mary Mann but now the Wife of Robert Stockley (after the several deceases of my Nieces Elizabeth Mann and Sarah Crawley Widow) and to her Heirs and Assigns All that my said Messuage or Tenement with the Barns Outhouses Yards Gardens Orchards and other the Appurtenances thereto belonging situate and being at Caddington aforesaid Now I the said Sarah Grubb do by this my Codicil which I direct to be taken as part of my Will revoke and annul the devise of my said Messuage and Real Estate at Caddington aforesaid to my said Great Niece in ffee and I do hereby give and devise the same unto my Great Niece Mary Stockley and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural Life only and after her decease I do give and devise my said Messuage and Real Estate at Caddington aforesaid unto Susan Mann the natural Child of my said Niece Mary Stockley and to Mary Stockley the other Daughter of my said Great Niece Mary Stockley as Tenants in Common and to their respective |Heirs and Assigns for ever And I do hereby in every respect ratify and confirm my said Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the twenty ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one The Mark of X Sarah Grubb
