This is the Last Will and Testament of John Grover the Testator Collar Maker of Alton in the County of Southampton First is to say this, I give unto My Beloved Wife Sarah Grover During her Life all ye Rents Arising in the Buildings I Now Posses and Likewise I Farther Give and Bequeath to my Aforesaid Beloved Wife All the Rents Arising from that House now in the Possesion of Ann Bryer with the Rents of James Bryer Son of the said Ann Bryer, without Controul ? I give the whole of My Buildings so Long as My Wife Shall Survive Me or During her Natural Life Or so Long as she May Continue a Widow After any Death and From and After her Death I give & Devise my Aforesaid Tenaments & Buildings Unto My Children Equal Share & Share Alike With All My Household Goods and Furniture and Furniture which I Farther Give to My Beloved Wife for her use During her Natural Life Without Controul of Either of my Children and From and After her Death Equalley to be Divided between my Children or Their Executors Administrators Or Assigns if it so Please God to Take either of My Married Children I give unto These children their Father's share After the Death that My Beloved Wife, which I hope after My Death that My Beloved Wife and all My Children that Survive me may Divide what there is Left between them, John, George, William, Henry, and Charlotte Grover Brothers andSister Without any Words I hereby Nominate and Appoint My Beloved Wife Sarah Grover and Mr William Edwards Butcher and my Son John Grover full and Sole Executors to this My Last Will and Testament, in the year Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighteen as he have hereby sett my Hand and Seal in the Presence of these Witnesses which have Asigned this my Last Will & Testament
