Sarah Grimwood of
Nayland in the County of
Suffolk Widow hereby
revoking all former
Wills whatsoever by me
made do make this my
last Will in manner
following and appoint
Elizabeth the Wife of
George Nottidge and Ann
the Wife of William
Mason Executrixes
thereof and I give to my
said Executrixes ten
pounds apiece for their
trouble in and about
this my Will and I give
unto my Sister Mrs
Martha Smith Widow the
sum of one hundred
pounds of lawful money
of Great Britain and I
give to all the children
of my late Brother
Golding Constable the
sum of one hundred
pounds of like lawful
money to be equally
divided between them the
children of such of them
as may be dead leaving
lawful issue to take a
parents share and I give
to Margaret Garrad the
Widow of my late Nephew
John Garrad deceased and
to Garrad the
Widow of my late Nephew
Abram Garrad deceased
the sum of five pounds
apiece and to my late
Servant Mary now Mary
Barnard ten pounds all
which said several
legacies I direct to be
paid at the end of six
calendar months next
after my decease and all
my goods chattels ready
money securities for
money monies in the
public stocks or funds
being money due to me
under and by virtue of
my late fathers Will and
all other my Personal
Estate whatsoever after
payment of my just debts
the legacies aforesaid
funeral and testamentary
expenses I direct to be
divided into seventeen
parts or others in
manner hereinafter
mentioned namely six
parts thereof I give to
the children of my late
Brother Golding
Constable to be equally
divided between them the
children of such of them
as may be dead leaving
lawful issue to take a
parents share three
other parts thereof I
give to the three parts
thereof I give to the
children of my late
Brother Abram Constable
to be equally divided
between them the
children of such of them
as may be dead leaving
lawful issue to take a
parents share one other
part thereof I give to
the four children of my
late Niece Judith Rolfe
to be equally divided
between them the
children of such of them
as may be dead leaving
lawful issue to take a
parents share four other
parts thereof I give to
my Nephew James Robinson
and my nieces the said
Elizabeth Nottidge Ann
Mason and Sarah the Wife
of George Sadler their
Executors and
Administrators to be
equally divided between
them one other part
thereof I give to my
Nephew Robert Garrad his
Executors and Admors and
the remaining one other
part thereof I give to
all the children of my
late nephew Abram Garrad
deceased to be equally
divided between them the
children of such of them
as may be dead leaving
lawful issue to take a
parents share In Witness
