The Will of Abraham Griggs

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Abraham Griggs of Sudbury in the County of Suffolk Stay Maker being at this time of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding I give devise and bequeath unto my Brother John Griggs of Sudbury aforesaid Draper All and every my Goods Chattels Real and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever to hold to my said Brother John Griggs his Heirs Executors and Administrators charged nevertheless and I do hereby charge the same with the Payment of my just Debts and ffuneral Expences and the charges of Proving this my Will and hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament and thereof do nominate constitute and appoint my said Brother John Griggs sole Executor In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this sixteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty Abraham Griggs   (Attestation Clause)   Robt Hubbard Sudbury     Elizth Hubbard       Robt Reddington Sudbury     Proved at London 7 February 1781   PCC Prob11/1074
