This is the
last Will and Testament of me
Abigail Grigg of Langley Green
Oldbury in the County of Salop Widow
In the first place I direct All my
just debts ffuneral and Testamentary
expences to be paid and satisfied as
soon as may be after my decease I
give devise and bequeath unto my son
Joseph Grigg All that messuage or
tenement with the Appurtenances to
the same belonging situate in
ffreeth Street in Oldbury aforesaid
And now in the occupation of Robert
Bradeney To hold the same unto the
said Joseph Grigg his heirs
executors administrators and
assigns and as to the Residue of
any other my real and personal
estate and effects of what nature or
kind soever and wheresoever I give
devise and bequeath the same unto
my Sons Samuel Grigg John Grigg and
the said Joseph Grigg and my
daughters Sally the Wife of John
Rydiard Nancy the Wife of Alfred
Taylor and Amphillis Grigg their
heirs Executors administrators and
assigns equally to be divided
between them share and share alike
as Tenants in Common and not as
joint Tenants And lastly I Appoint
my said son Joseph Grigg and my Son
in Law John Ridiard the Executors of
this my Will In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal
the twenty second day of August one
thousand eight hundred and thirty
